1. Operator and scope

KlenDigital is agency management software operated by Klen Digital LLC. These terms explain the rules for using the website and workspace. A separate agreement with your agency may define additional terms for the service.

2. Access and accounts

Workspace access is currently invite-only. An administrator manages accounts and permissions. Each user must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and promptly report any unauthorized access. Users may access only the information and tools they are authorized to use.

3. Features and integrations

The software helps agencies manage activity, revenue, creators, social accounts, content, and operations. Some features require accounts or access keys for third-party services and depend on those services’ availability, limits, and terms.

Third-party costs, including advertising, SMS, media processing, and external subscriptions, are governed by the providers’ terms and are not considered included in KlenDigital access.

4. Permitted use

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the accounts, content, and information you use. You agree to comply with applicable laws and the rules of connected platforms, to avoid compromising the service’s security, and not to use the software to access accounts or information without authorization.

Your agency is responsible for the permissions it assigns to its team and for actions performed through its accounts.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain your rights to content you submit. Processing by the software and connected services is limited to the operations needed to provide the features you request. Rights to KlenDigital and its proprietary materials remain with Klen Digital LLC or their respective owners.

6. Commercial terms

The landing page does not offer online subscription purchases or checkout. Any paid offer must specify its price, scope, duration, and cancellation terms before you commit. An invitation or request for information does not, by itself, create a paid subscription.

7. Availability and responsibility

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of an incident. Displayed figures depend on integration data and synchronization delays. KlenDigital does not guarantee business results or continuous availability of third-party platforms. Responsibility is determined by the applicable agreement and law; these terms do not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Suspension and account closure

An administrator may revoke access. Klen Digital LLC may also restrict access if there is a security risk or unlawful use. To request account closure or retrieve information you are entitled to access, contact your administrator or Klen Digital LLC.

9. Personal information and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process information. If you have a question about these terms or a dispute involving the service, contact us so we can work toward a resolution.
