1. Who processes your information?
Klen Digital LLC operates KlenDigital and processes the information needed to manage access, run the service, and keep it secure. When an agency uses the workspace to process information about its team, creators, or contacts, the agency determines the purposes of that processing and must inform the people concerned.

2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use and the integrations you configure, the workspace may process:
- Account information: name, email address, role, avatar, and access permissions.
- Authentication and security information: password hashes, sessions, IP addresses, and browser information.
- Activity information: creators, social accounts, media, documents, assignments, and work sessions.
- Information from connected services: messages and conversations, verification codes, revenue, analytics, expenses, and technical settings.
- Support requests and notification data when notifications are enabled.
The landing page shows fictional demo data, not an agency’s private information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide the features you request, manage permissions and integrations, respond to requests, and secure the service. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on performing a contract or taking steps before entering into one, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the relevant processing and may be withdrawn.
4. Access and third-party services
Authorized team members access information according to their roles and the permissions assigned by the administrator. Technical providers needed to host, store, and operate the software may process information required to perform their services.
A configured integration may send necessary information to the relevant service, such as Telegram, Substy, OnlyChat, Meta, ScaleSwap, iRemotech, or providers of SMS and content generation services. Using an AI analysis or generation feature may send selected content to the corresponding provider. Review the policies of the services your agency chooses to connect.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, its usefulness to the workspace, and applicable obligations. Sessions expire according to the service settings and can be revoked. Deleting an item from the workspace does not necessarily delete copies held by third-party services or in backups.
To request account closure, data deletion, or details about retention periods, contact your agency administrator or Klen Digital LLC. Information needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute may be retained for that purpose.
6. Security and international transfers
Access relies on authentication and role-based permissions. Passwords are stored as hashes, and integration secrets stored by the software are encrypted. No security measure can provide an absolute guarantee.
Klen Digital LLC is based in the United States. Providers and connected services may process information in different countries. Agencies must verify that their use of the service, agreements with providers, and safeguards for transfers meet their obligations.
7. Cookies and preferences
KlenDigital uses session cookies for authentication and preference cookies for the theme and navigation display. The landing page does not include advertising trackers. You can delete cookies through your browser; doing so may log you out or reset your preferences.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or request that it be restricted. Contact your agency about information it manages, or use the details below for processing carried out by Klen Digital LLC.
